Why I do this work — and what I believe about story, leadership, and change.
I believe the most powerful stories aren’t invented, they’re revealed. They live inside the founder, the team, the product long before a word is written.
But most leaders are too close, too busy, or too burdened to see them clearly. And agencies they hire are often too far removed to listen deeply enough.
I built this practice for the space in between.
To work side by side with founders and leaders who don’t need more noise, but instead a clear mirror. A sparring partner. Someone to help them slow down, look again, and find the story that actually fits the complexity they’re holding.
Before we can communicate authentically with others, we must first discover and (re)shape the story we tell ourselves.
Bella is built on the belief that story is both an craft and a system — the architecture through which humans make sense of complexity. As machines accelerate form, what still matters is the human ability to see clearly, shape meaning, and lead through nuance. This work draws from enduring disciplines — from Greek philosophy to Buddhist practice — that train us to perceive, interpret, integrate and communicate with clarity.
Like a great work of art, how we frame a story can influence its meaning and perception. And our method of storytelling is about just that — reframing what’s real so that it aligns with our values and objectives.
Because story isn’t performance. It’s alignment. And alignment is the foundation of everything that works.
