Bella is the strategic storytelling practice of Jamie Wong — built on two decades of experience at the nexus of innovation, narrative, and leadership.
As a founder, investor, and Emmy-winning storyteller, I’ve helped organizations across Europe and the U.S. clarify their vision, align their teams, and communicate with precision and humanity — especially in moments of change, growth, or complexity.
This practice is personal. It’s grounded in lived experience across startups, media, and global strategy. It brings together editorial depth, entrepreneurial instinct, and cultural fluency to help leaders tell the story that holds it all together — and moves things forward.
Jamie Wong
I’ve spent my life at the intersection of story, strategy, and change.
Before founding Bella, I built and scaled a Y Combinator-backed startup across 100+ countries, created Emmy and Peabody-winning work in television, and helped global organizations translate complex ideas into momentum. But the throughline has always been the same: helping people see clearly, connect better, and express what matters — in ways that move others and move things forward.
I grew up in a bilingual, multicultural household as the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants. I studied journalism at Columbia University, European intellectual history at Wesleyan University, and Buddhist philosophy and metaphysics under the guidance of esteemed teachers of Tibetan Buddhism for more than a decade. These threads shape the way I think, listen, and work — across cultures, disciplines, and moments of transition.
I work closely with leaders navigating complexity — founders in flux, organizations evolving their identity, and teams growing fast who want to stay clear, aligned, and human as they scale. My role is to listen closely, think with you, and help shape the language that already lives inside the work — so it connects, resonates, and lasts.
I live in Paris, France and work internationally.
